DIRT Fitness was founded in 2009 in an effort to help my clients reach their individual fitness goals and lead healthier lives. I personally hope that you find your time with me educational, productive, and most of all, rewarding.
Each session will last between 50 – 60 minutes. During this time, we will follow a plan of action that has been individualized for you and your personal needs. It is important that both trainer and client communicate effectively in order to work around and/or strengthen weaknesses, injuries, or excessive fatigue.
I am are here to help you succeed and my philosophy is to keep you progressing, I
won't give you exercises outside your ability or could create set-backs.
